Chief Creative Officer
Ben is responsible for leading Objective Fiction’s scripted drama and comedy growth both creatively and strategically across its bases in the UK and North America. Always focussed on strong and supportive relationships with the industry’s most talented creatives, both emerging and established.
Ben’s credits at Objective Fiction include Year of the Rabbit, Eric Ernie & Me, GameFace, Toast of Tinseltown, The Larkins, Feel Good, and Witless. Alongside a development and future production slate with projects in with platforms across both the UK and US including the BBC, C4, ITV, Sky, Apple, Amazon, Netflix and Paramount+, HBO and FX,
Ben also partners with award winning writer Neil Forsyth with Objective Fiction’s cousin label Tannadice Pictures, the producer of The Gold.
Prior to Objective Fiction, Ben spent two years at BBC in-House, where his credits include Tracey Ullman’s Show, Professor Branestawm, People Time, & Harry Hill’s Look At Love.
Before moving to the BBC Ben spent ten years at Objective Productions, firstly as Head of Development and becoming Head of Comedy in 2012. His credits there included Strutter, Pete Versus Life, Parents, Big Bad World, Felix & Murdo, and Toast of London.
Previously he spent 10 years as a freelance producer, working at various companies including Ginger, Talkback, Avalon and Thames.
