Rich Sarris

Rich joined OMG in 2025 from Tottenham Hotspur FC, where he led the Club’s global media rights strategy and spearheaded commercial media initiatives.

With over a decade of experience in driving commercial growth for leading global rights holders, Rich has honed his expertise in international sales of both live and non-live broadcast properties across the worlds of sport, gaming, and entertainment.

Rich's career began in 2013 at World Poker Tour, Inc., where he managed the international distribution of 'late night' Poker TV programming, negotiating complex deals with major TV networks. After five years, he moved into the the fast-evolving world of Esports, joining BLAST as one of its first UK hires. There, he played a pivotal role in expanding BLAST's global distribution network, securing 40+ broadcast partnerships with top TV, OTT, and digital platforms, including landmark agreements with the BBC, DAZN, Astro, TV Azteca, Star Times, SuperSport, and more.
