Face The Clock is a format with a simple central dilemma. The more time a player is in control of the game, the more money they can win – but also the greater the chance of time running out. When that happens, they lose! The twist is – nobody but the audience at home knows how long is on the clock – even host Rory Bremner is kept in the dark.
